Highlight of Suzhou was after the first night when we were cold, sick, tired, starving, and did I mention cold? Well as we trekked to our hotel that Ben, my brother-in-law, hooked us up with, I was getting a little worried. I wasn't sure if I should be cursing or praising his name. As we saw the beautiful Noah's sign up ahead I couldn't help, but thinking it was our Noah's ark. A little safe haven from the bitter cold weather. Little did I know we were about to walk into the best hotel I have ever been in for the cheapest price I have ever stayed at a hotel. It was the BEST room ever! 2 level suite that fit all 7 of us easily, not to mention free breakfast, and a fruit basket awaiting us in the room. The general manager, Daniel, escorted us to our rooms, took pictures, and gave us golden treatment. We later found out he practically gave the room away. We paid 300 kuay per night for a room that usually costs 2500 kuay. This would translate into about 50 dollars verses 400 dollars...
